ok..i have a small block 3970010 block..the codes make no sense..rear date code right side reads T 15 0..front stamp reads CEO A 9463..i think its a crate engine but not sure..t code makes no sense..yes i have wire bruhed it and its clear..should be the 15th of 70..what month?? no other numbers on the block..there is space between O and A like i typed.. thanks..
