SBC with casting number 397..010

I have a sbc with casting number 397_010, the 4th digit is either a 6, 8 or zero. The id numb on. The front pad right side of block is 16N624498. Can anyone help me identify what I have please?

Could it be a zero ? so that block was made for 11 years
3970010....350...69-80...2 or 4
If you remove a valve cover and have a look there, tell me what casting number is on the heads ?
