Hello and welcome to the forum!!
Apologizes for the late reply!

From the information you've posted, we can tell a lot about the engine in your '69 pickup!
19D069420, is the Engine Partial VIN Code (the number to match, for 'matching numbers'), it decodes as follows; 1 = Chevrolet, 9 = year of assembly, 1969 (see below), 069420, partial vehicle VIN number stamped on engine to 'match' the engine to the vehicle.
V0627F2, is the Engine Assembly Code, it decodes as follows; V = Flint (engine assembly plant), 0627, date code = June 27, F2 = Engine Suffix Code, I believe this is actually, FZ (easy to misread) = 1969, 327 cid, Impala, 235 HP, 2 bbl, hyd cam, police/taxi.

So, there you go, the detail on the engine in your 1969 Chevy C15 pickup!
It's interesting the '69 pickup has a '69 327 police/taxi engine!
It must have been swapped in a long time ago, or it's a heck of a coincidence!
