Need help with a SBC...Please

Ok,I am buying a SBC it has the casting of 3970010 I think, it also has 010 between the freeze plugs. In front of the pass side head on the block it has V0316TDR under that it has C8F423332 that is stamped in, the heads casting is 398 6388 it is in a 2 ton dump the vin on the truck is TCE615V563320 ON THE SERVICE PARTS IDENTIFICATION tag in the glove box engine option no. is ZZ8401 eng-V8 350 I wanted to know if this is the correct engine for the truck and some info on the engine....hopes of a 4 bolt main,Steel crank and strong rods, Thanks for any and all help.

Based on the first number alone, it could be a 327 or a 350

The truck is a 75 GMC 6500 dump truck,that the engine is comming out of, I found the heads numbers on a GM site and they show as 350 69-79 truck heavy duty, so I am pretty sure its a 350, I wish I could figure out the vin/suffix code stamped into the pad in front of the head, but I will have the motor out and on the way home in the morning and I will be able to check the date code on the back of the back, then it will be disasembled, then I will know if it has a steel crank,ect.
