Need help to decode

So I know this truck is old an motor had been replaced I narrowed it down by the casting numbers between 87-95 but the cylinder head Suffix code isn’t anywhere on any site that I’ve been looking. And now I’m stuck on trying to figure out the year. V0605uxh

Thats a TBI motor or was, it probly has 193 castings for the heads, swirl ports ..... unless it came out of a 1 ton, then they could be 190's and the block would b 4 bolt main.
