intake manifold casting #

Have a chev intake manifold casting # 34234 R I know its quadrajet but don't what year or what it motor it came off. Anyone help? 23

Please check your posting to see if there were any typing errors.
I have checked a number of resources and not found anything close to the intake casting number you posted.
All of the Chevy intake casting numbers I seen, have either 6, 7 or 8 digits before a letter, if present.
I have not found any intake casting numbers with 5 digits and a letter as posted.

I'm hopeful there may have been a typing error in the casting number in your post.
If not, it's a real interesting intake!

Thanks for responding, you are right, I had a typo, the correct intake # 340234R and directly under the "R" is the number 23. Also has J248 cast # forward of distrib. hole. Thanks again .

Well, with the correct number, looks like your intake was used for; 1982 - 1985 305 & 350 cid, Q-jet, B & F bodies.
The B bodies were Bel-Air, Impala and Caprice, the F body is Camaro.
