ID Chevy 350 for s-10

Hi,
I have a 1984 S-10 with a 350 v8. Trying to find out what year the engine is. Also trying to decode the numbers found on the tab in front of the head on right side.
These are the numbers: VO701CKR and 1CL184893. I would really like the last number info.

The last set numbers have to do with the Donor Vehicle VIN and I personally don't have that information.
