Hi Gen1nut, the number you gave, 3932386 is listed for a model year 1969. The possibilities are for 302, 327, or 350 with either a 2 bolt or 4 bolt mains. You can safely rule out a 302. On the front pad the number 19J181774 is a partial VIN number from the original vehicle.
The V1217FB7 indicates that the engine came from Flint, MI and was stamped December 17. I have no information on the FB handy. You can safely rule out it being a 302. The 302 was used in the Z-28 and was stamped on the front pad with the letters "DZ". So that leaves either a 327 or 350. Both have a 4.000" bore, with the 327 having a 3.25" stroke while the 350 had the same 4.000" bore but with a 1/4" longer stroke of 3.48". Either, OR, was used in the 302-327-350 engines and certainly was compatible with each. No way to tell if it is 2 or 4 bolt main without pulling the pan and looking.
If you had the casting numbers of the crank it would help identify whether it is a 327 or 350. A lot of people have the 3932386 blocks and try to pass them off as a 302, but that was determined at the time of assembly. If it is not DZ it is not a 302.
