I ain't got a car
I bought a GM engine at a auction for 12 bucks, yep 12 bucks. Left behind waterpump # K1101DH, below that # 191203497. The heads are stamped 8998993, E25\73. Back by flywheel 3970010. What year, where it was made, what engine size is this 12 dollar engine. They also said it was rebuilt. Thanks for your time. :D

Hello and welcome to the forum!
Apologies for the late reply!

From the Block Casting Number you posted, 3970010, this covers a lot of ground!
This casting number was used from 1969 - 1979 for 302, 305, 307 & 350 cid, used in cars & trucks, 2 & 4 bolt mains, with 4 bolt being most common.
From the Engine Assembly Code, K1101DH, we can tell; K = St. Catherines, ON. (vehicle assembly plant), 1101, date code, Nov. 1, DH = Engine Suffix Code, 1968, B body (Bel-Air, Impala).
The 350 was common in the full size cars, so a safe bet is it's a 4 bolt main 350, from 1968.

Well done for $12!!
Post again on the forum what you end up doing with your freshly rebuilt $12 engine!
