Cast number 3970014 - What kind of motor do I have?

I bought this engine wanting to find out more information about it. Can't quite figure out how to look up all these numbers. Cast a number is 3970014. Not sure what these other numbers are 12 L5 92303 And T0609TCL. If anybody could help me out I would appreciate it thanks!!
