I think it might be a 350 assembled 05/02/73, '74, or '77 in Flint, MI, originally from a Chevelle, Nova, or Camaro.

#3970010 - '69 302 from Camaro, '69 327 from "Trucks and Industrial", or '69-'80 350 (unlisted vehicle options)

V0502CKH -

V = assembled in Flint, MI
0502 = assembled May, 2nd
CKH = includes 305's, 307's, and 350's
CKH = all 350's w/ this suffix are '73, '74, or '77
CKH = all 350's w/ this suffix and year range are from Chevelles, Novas, and Camaros

If you cross-out all non-common variables from suffix code and casting No., then you're left with the motor from the years and vehicles aforementioned. Disclaimer: the only experience I have with this is when I looked up all my motor's numbers - one motor, one time.
