350 engine id

Hi im new to this sort of thing but I've been looking all over to try and find out info on my engine. I have the casting numbers but cant figure out what the engine is out of. My rear casting back by the transmission is 3970010 and my front casting number up by my valve cover on the passenger side are C5H147353 and then VO228TYU. If anybody can help it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The 010 block is a 4" bore casting, (probley a 350) may or may not be 4-bolt main, pre 1986 in production vehicles, trucks mainly at the end. still made in mexico as a bare bones budget crate motor. are there heads on the motor ?

Thank you 63halfton for the information. The heads are on it and the casting numbers are Passenger side head is GM 7. 21. 333882. B285. Driver side head is GM 3. 21. 333882. B275. I'm trying to lock down the exact year but all i keep finding is its between a 74 thru 80. Thanks again.
