2001 tahoe ac/heat

2001 tahoe ac not cold freon full.
Heat not hot coolant full.
Changed cabin filters.
Checked blend door actuator on passenger side.its good.any ideas on why both went out at once?heat barley gets warm .ac barely cools.any help greatly appreciated. .
