1968 327 with casting code 3914678 on the block

I have a 1968 327 with casting code3914678 on the block. The Numbers 181339111. V1028E or VI028E are stamped on the block. Can anyone tell Me what these numbers mean. I have looked everywhere I know to look and have not found anything. Thanks for any help!

It's a 68 Camaro 327. Should be another letter after the E. Maybe it's EA? Is the first of numbers 18L339111 instead of 181339111?
