What block is it?

hi I'm new to this forum can anyone help?
I have a small block chevy and I am trying to determine what block it is. The casting number is 3970010. as there are 3 blocks with the same casting number but different specs can anyone use these numbers to identify which one I have:
Vin no: 11QU74140 just below the vin there is: K0324H
on the Australian drivers side there is: 1 or I-C-23 near the freeze plug.

GEARD-2-GO,

i can't find that information on anything I have. Could possibly have been a crate engine. Maybe someone else can help but I am at a loss.
