Hello all,
I’m looking to rebuild the non stock engine in my 84 Chevy C10. I’ve had the truck for several years, was told it wasn’t the stock 305 when I purchased it that they had put a 350 in it when the 305 died.
Now that it’s time to do the deed, I want to be sure I have my dicks in a row before the truck is out of commission. I found these numbers, Y4S 29D (Behind alternator, single row no other numbers) and 3970014 (Driverside rear of block). Any help deciphering these would be a huge help.
