Hello all, I bought an 66 Corvette C2 with 427 engine. I am now having problems to identify the suffix code. It is a 3855961 Block, the suffix code stamped on the passenger side is not clear readable. I believe it says:
T0726LB F334190 - Tonawanda factory, July, 26th, but „LB“ makes no sense, it should be IP,IM, IL or IK, but I might be wrong. Has anyone heard about an LB in the suffix code of a 66 C2 with 427 (manual gear)? Or any idea how I can identify, or could it be a wrong restampe? Thanks a lot for your help
