I'm 25, $13,000 in debt. I make about $30,000 a year, and I want to get rid of my debt. Don't know where to start.

Not college loan debt, that was all paid for. My debt lies in these areas right now:

1. 3 credit cards, totaling up to about $6600.
2. A car loan, sitting around $6,000

What I'm looking for is HELP! I know I have bad spending habits, and I want to know if there are any resources out there to help? I'm able to make my payments, but I'm just sick of owing all money.
