Help identify BBC

Hi, I am new to the site. I recently purchased a 72 Camaro with a BBC. I have been trying to figure out exactly what the motor is. The casting # on the block is 3998289. I also pulled the valve cover and the #3931063 is stamped on the heads. They also have E69 and GM 3 T. I can't find anything on the block anywhere. I did find a #3999289, but that's it. Can anyone help me with the block?

It's a 454, Chevy used it from 1971-1979.
Heads are
3931063....68-69...oval..CLOSED..396, 402, 427, 101cc chamber. hope this helps
