Block suffix K0402T4X help

Hi all, new to this. Have a 4 bolt project I am starting as a learning project. However, stuck on suffix code. I have K0402T4X. From on line info it’s St Catherine’s plant in Ontario Canada on April 2nd. The T4X part I cannot find. Am I missing something here or any info that might help? 3970010 block from same plant. Best guess so far is maybe a 70’s pick up.
