Another Engine Decoding Question

New member here.

I've never heard of a 327 4 bolt main until just recently. Doing a little research there apparently was a period where a 4 bolt was produced, 68/69.

So, my question: Can someone verify that the following engine code and VIN are correct?
Engine code: 3956618 = 302, 327, 350
Engine VIN: V0219WK = 350 truck engine
