350 block stamp ID.. trying to figure out

have a 350 and trying to figure out the block ID and what this motor came out of. the ID# 12S141845 T101805B
block casting is 3970014 which i found.. 68-79 350 car + truck 2 +4 bolt main
rear block pass. side is cast with a 1 3 71 date.
any help with the block ID is appreciated, i have this engine in a fabricated mud truck but would like to know more on the engine.

I have looked and can't find the numbers you have listed other than the block casting number 3970014 to be a 1970-1976 350.

Thank you for looking for this. the numbers that i had listed are stamped in the block on the front passenger side. it's a fresh motor and i was trying to decide to pull it and keep for another project or just run in it in this mud truck, i'm hard on them.
